Steve’s paintings boast incredible detail and exceptional balance. Hailing from Illinois, he has been drawing avidly since he was a child. He has always loved exploring, hunting and fishing and he served in the Navy before becoming a minister in the church. After moving to Tennessee, Steve studied both theology and art before falling ill after being bitten by a tick. This forced him to give up preaching but gave him the time to rediscover his love of nature and painting. He has developed his own unique style and believes that his paintings showcase God’s finest creations.
